We have scheduled a two-part maintenance window to build upon our network, scaling capacity and redundancy as well as helping to support additional expansion. This will occur outside of peak hours on March 12th and March 20th, 2016, beginning at 1:00AM (ET) remaining open until 6:00AM (ET) on both days. No further action is required on your part.
While there is a five hour window to complete each maintenance, impact is anticipated to be isolated to less than five minutes for each customer. This is expected to include brief periods of increased latency and/or packet loss in conjunction with some potential, isolated, connectivity issues. We are scheduling these maintenance windows during the period of lowest activity for the section impacted as well as notifying you in advance to ensure you have ample time to make any necessary preparations. If you experience any issues extending beyond those outlined above during either window, please let us know.
